You may be familiar with the custom experience… or perhaps not. Nonetheless, this is the area to get all of your common questions answered.

What items do you offer?

We offer a variety of different garments. Here are some of the pieces we offer: two & three piece suit, dress shirt, overcoat, vest, trousers, jacket, and more to custom items to come.

Are all of these items custom?

Yes, you have the ability to select the cloth, lining, thread, buttons, and preset designs formats of your favorite garments.

How much are your garments?

Can we have a fitting just to see the different fabric options?

We offer over 10,000 + fabrics options on hand along with an online catalog of all fabrics through our fabric mill partners. Your Clothier specialist will confirm if we have the fabric you desire on the consultation call. If you still would like to see the fabric in a fitting to browse, we will require a $150 consultation fee (only for fittings that do not result in the submission of an order).

How long does it take to receive the final product?

For new clients, you can expect an eight week turnaround time to account for any adjustments. For returning clients, you can project a six week turnaround time.

I have a tight deadline. Are you able rush orders?

We try our best to accommodate our client’s deadlines. Depending on the specific fabric, timeline, and current shipping experience, and season will determine if we are capable of rushing an order. The quickest we are able to receive certain garments are three and a half weeks. Expedite Fees will apply.

How do you take payment?

We accept all cards, apple pay, google pay, and more. Cash is accepted, but our clothier’s do not carry cash to appointments.

When do we pay for our garments?

First, we require a non-refundable $150 deposit to secure your first fitting. This payment goes directly towards the balance of your order. At the conclusion of your first fitting payment is due in full to get the order put into production.

Do you accept partial payments?

No. Payment is due in full to get the order put into production.

Do we offer ready-to-wear items? Items that we can buy and wear immediately.

We offer ready-to-wear navy blue suits, black suits, gray suits, and black tuxedos. However, we fit your profile and have the garment shipped to us within 3-5 business days.

Return & Refund Policy?

Due to the nature of all garments being tailored to the individual wearer, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if a garment does not fit you correctly we will honor all alterations/remakes until the garment fits accordingly. If a remake is necessary it will be remade only in the same fabric as the initial garment that requires the remake.
